- How it works and Solutions for what Creator, Pro, and Fon Music Venue cover.
Creator
Creator is for individual creators making personal video for social media, podcasts, and websites. It includes music and sound effect downloads, 2 saved social accounts, and 2 team seats. It does not automatically cover client advertising or music played in a physical venue. Price: $6 per month, or $54 per year.
Pro
Pro includes Creator and extends licensing to eligible digital advertising and freelance client work. It includes 5 saved social accounts and 5 team seats. Sharing access beyond those seats is not allowed. Price: $12 per month, or $115 per year.
Fon Music Venue
Fon Music Venue is background music for restaurants, cafes, bars, stores, and hotels. The published prices are $6 per month or $60 per year, in US dollars. The annual plan saves $12 compared with twelve monthly payments. Commercial use follows the Fon Music agreement. Play logs are handled under that service.
Publishing
You do not need to register a channel, a video, or a project before you publish. A social account link added on your profile is saved immediately. It is not reviewed, it has no approval status, and it is not a condition of publishing.
A covered video must be published on a date inside the start and end dates of a Creator or Pro subscription on the account. The publish date is the date that counts for a public, unlisted, private, or scheduled video. Uploading the same video again, or publishing it on another platform, is a new publish date. That date must also fall inside a Creator or Pro subscription period on the account.
You can save a published video on your profile. Saving it is not required before you publish. The record is kept only when the publish date falls inside one of your Creator or Pro subscription periods. It stores the video address, the video id when that id can be read from the address, the publish date, and the matching subscription period.
Intellectual property
Tracks, sound effects, and other assets remain the property of Linking Audio, the artists, or other rights holders. If an artist leaves Linking Audio, the tracks that artist released through Linking Audio belong to Linking Audio. A subscription grants only the uses the license states. It does not transfer ownership. Unless the license says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the audio files as standalone assets, or use them to build a competing stock library.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for making sure a project fits the license you hold. Use outside that scope can lead to restrictions or suspension, subject to the applicable terms and law. Account creation is for people who are at least 16.
Copyright complaints
Rights holders should use the Copyright Policy. That page describes what a notice and a response should include.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law, including rights that may apply to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Turkiye.
